Return Policy and Process

We want customers to have a positive experience when ordering books and products from our website. Because many products are printed on demand through our printing and fulfillment partners, including IngramSpark, please review the following return policy carefully before placing an order.

Print-On-Demand Products

Many of our books are produced using print-on-demand services. This means books are printed specifically for each order.

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, returns and exchanges are limited to situations involving:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective printing
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders lost during shipment

We do not generally accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental purchases
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Minor printing variations typical of print-on-demand production

Shipping and Production Times

Production and shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Printing facility volume
  • Shipping destination
  • Service level selected

According to IngramSpark’s publisher direct print service estimates:

Paperback Books

  • Economy Service: usually prints within approximately 5 business days
  • Rush Service: usually prints within approximately 1 business day (additional surcharge may apply)

Hardcover Books

  • Economy Service: usually prints within approximately 10 business days
  • Rush Service: usually prints within approximately 2 business days (additional surcharge may apply)

Shipping time begins after printing and fulfillment are completed.

Please note:

  • Holidays
  • severe weather
  • carrier delays
  • high seasonal demand
  • international customs processing

may increase delivery times.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within:

  • 7 days of delivery

  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

This helps us review and resolve the issue more quickly.

Replacement Eligibility

Eligible issues may qualify for:

  • Replacement copy
  • Refund
  • Store credit

depending on the situation.

We reserve the right to request photo evidence before issuing replacements or refunds.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, downloads, PDFs, ebooks, and other digital materials are generally non-refundable once accessed or delivered unless:

  • The file is defective
  • The file cannot be accessed properly
  • A duplicate purchase occurred

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they enter the printing or fulfillment process.

Once production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible because print-on-demand books are manufactured specifically for the order.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates a package may be lost, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Resolution times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
