Because products are printed specifically for each order, our refund and dispute policies generally follow the manufacturing and fulfillment standards associated with IngramSpark services.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be considered for:
- Damaged products
- Defective printing
- Incorrect items received
- Orders lost during shipment
Requests must generally be submitted within:
- 7 days of delivery
Customers may be asked to provide:

- Photos of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

Print-On-Demand Manufacturing
Many products sold on this website are printed on demand. Once an order enters production, cancellations or refunds may no longer be possible because the item is custom manufactured for the order.
