Cancellation Eligibility
Orders may only be canceled before they enter the printing or fulfillment process.
Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible because:
- print-on-demand products are custom manufactured per order
- printing and fulfillment costs begin immediately after processing

According to IngramSpark publisher direct service estimates:

Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable files, ebooks, PDFs, and similar products are generally non-cancelable once:
- access has been granted
- files have been delivered
- downloads have started
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information during checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not qualify for cancellation, replacement, or refund once fulfillment has begun.
